Solana (SOL) is required to pay the fee associated with sending and transacting on the Solana network. If you are receiving a message related to Insufficient Funds you will need to add Solana to the same wallet address as your SPL-BAT address. You can do so by depositing SOL into your wallet address or purchasing directly through one of our on-ramp providers.

How to transfer SPL-BAT:

1. In Brave, click the icon in the browser toolbar.
2. Enter your password to unlock your secure wallet.
3. Select send in the wallet panel.

The below screen will appear in your wallet. Choose the Select token option.

Find the Basic Attention Token (Portal) option. Search for it if not visible.

Select the amount you wish to send and enter the address of the recipient.

Confirm the address and recipient. 

Once ready, double check the address one last time and review the transaction fees. If everything looks correct, confirm the transaction to post it to the blockchain and initiate the transfer.
