We're committed to providing support to our many Brave users. Our Brave Community forum is the most effective way to receive help for general browser issues.
Brave Browser
Please submit general browser concerns to the Community forum to receive assistance from the team and community members.
For technical users who have identified a bug or want to submit a more detailed report, you can file an issue directly on our Github repository.
Brave Rewards
With Brave Rewards, you can earn tokens (called Basic Attention Tokens or “BAT” for short) for ads you see in Brave. Please refer to the common questions about Brave Rewards in our Help Center and Brave Community.
Brave Wallet
We will never reach out to you requesting funds. You may receive emails or messages from people pretending to be affiliated with Brave, asking for your private key, recovery phrase, or requesting funds. If you’re ever uncertain a message is legitimate, reach out to us via Community or submit a request to us directly before making any decisions.
IMPORTANT: Do not disclose your recovery phrase or private keys to anyone. Brave will never ask you for this information.
Brave Creators
Brave Creators can receive onchain contributions from users of the Brave Browser. You can find common questions about Creators in our Help Center and Brave Community.
