We're committed to providing support to our many Brave users. Given the number of inquiries we receive daily, we've found our Brave Community forum offers the most effective way to receive help for browser issues.
If you are experiencing a general browser issue, please submit your concern to our Community support forum — https://community.brave.com — where you can receive assistance from Brave Support and our many community members.
For technical users who have identified a bug or want to submit a more detailed report, you can file an issue directly on our Github repository.
Premium
Brave Premium includes VPN, Leo, Search, and Talk. You can learn how to add a device to your subscription, manage your account, and troubleshoot issues with our Help Center articles here.
If you're experiencing trouble with any of the Brave Premium services, please submit a request to Brave Support.
Rewards
With Brave Rewards, you can earn tokens (called Basic Attention Tokens or “BAT” for short) for ads you see in Brave. Please refer to the common questions about Brave Rewards in our Help Center and Brave Community.

Creators

Wallet
We will never reach out to you requesting funds. You may receive emails or messages from people pretending to be affiliated with Brave, asking for your private key, recovery phrase, or requesting funds. If you’re ever uncertain a message is legitimate, reach out to us via Community or submit a request to us directly before making any decisions.
IMPORTANT: Do not disclose your recovery phrase or private keys to anyone. Brave will never ask you for this information.
