쿠키 기본 설정

There are three different cookie settings, all of which can be controlled via Brave's Shields, or by navigating to Settings --> Site Settings --> Third-party cookies.

Allow all cookies, Block third-party cookies, Block all cookies.

서드파티 쿠키 차단이 기본 쿠키 설정입니다. 이 설정은 퍼스트 파티 쿠키를 사용하는 사이트가 기능하도록 허용합니다 — 예를 들어, 일부 사이트는 로그인에 퍼스트 파티 쿠키를 사용합니다 — 동시에 광고나 서드파티 쿠키가 브라우징 활동을 추적하는 것을 방지합니다.

모든 쿠키 콘텐츠를 차단하면 일부 사이트가 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. 따라서 일부 경우에는 모든 쿠키 허용을 활성화해야 할 수도 있습니다. 

How to view site data stored in Brave

To view data stored by sites visited in Brave:

1. Launch Brave and tap Menu --> Settings
2. Scroll down to the General section and tap Site settings
   • Here, you can view and change the default permissions allowed for sites you visit as well
3. At the top of this menu, tap All Sites
   • Note that, alternatively, you can scroll to the bottom of this menu and tap Data stored in the Content section as well.

From here, you can see a list of all sites you've visited that have stored data. Tapping on a site in the list will show more detailed information about what the site stored.

How to delete data for individual sites

You can delete individual site data from the All Sites (or Data stored) menu, as well as from the address bar in the browser. To delete data for individual sites from the All Sites menu:

1. To the right of each website on the All Sites menu is a "trash" icon - tapping this icon will delete all stored browsing data related to this site.
2. If you tap on one of the sites listed in this menu for the detailed view of what is stored, you can delete individual cookies associated with the site, using the trash icon next to the data. Additionally, you can delete all site data stored by the site by tapping the Delete data & reset permissions button at the bottom of the screen:
   
       
   
   
3. If you are currently viewing the website, you can tap the "tune" icon to the left of the URL in the address bar, then tap Cookies and site data, which will land you on the same site menu shown above:
   
       

How to delete all browsing data

To delete data stored by all sites in the browser, or all of a particular type of data for all sites:

1. Launch Brave and tap Menu --> Settings --> Brave Shields and Privacy
2. Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and tap Delete browsing data - here you can see the check list of data types you can select to be deleted, along with the time range in which you want data to be deleted:
   
       
   
   
3. Tap the check box next to each data type you would like to delete and select the time range for how far back you would like this data to be deleted (to delete everything, select All Time)
4. Tap the Delete data button to complete the process. 이 작업은 취소할 수 없습니다.

How to delete site data "on exit"

굳이 설정까지 들어가서 이런 옵션을 사용할 것까지도 없이 그냥 사이트 데이터를 자동으로 지우고 싶으시다면, 그런 분들을 위한 옵션도 있습니다. Brave can be configured to automatically delete all browsing data once the application is closed on your device. To do this:

1. Launch Brave and tap Menu --> Settings --> Brave Shields and Privacy
2. Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section and toggle the Clear data on exit option "on" (to the right, as shown below):
   
   

Note that enabling this option will automatically delete all browsing data when the Brave app is closed. Additionally, this will only trigger if the application is fully closed - simply minimizing the browser or switching to another app on your device will not cause the browser to delete data.

How to delete data for a site when the site is closed

Enabling the Forget me when I close this site option will tell the browser to clear any data that would normally be saved on a specific website once you close that tab. 이 옵션은 쉴드 기능의 일부로, 사이트에서 쉴드 패널을 열고 고급 제어를 탭한 다음 이 사이트를 닫을 때 나를 잊기 옵션을 "켜기"로 전환하여 사이트별로 활성화할 수 있습니다. (아래 왼쪽 이미지)

또는 이 옵션을 기본적으로 활성화하여 모든 사이트에 적용되도록 설정할 수 있으며, 이는 설정 → Brave 쉴드 및 개인정보 보호로 이동한 다음 이 사이트를 닫을 때 나를 잊기 옵션을 "켜기"로 전환하여 변경할 수 있습니다. (아래 오른쪽 이미지)
