To update your ad block lists:

On Desktop:
Settings --> Shields --> Content filtering--> Update listsbutton (or go directly to brave://settings/shields/filters) -
On iOS:
Settings --> Shields & Privacy --> Content Filtering --> Update Listsbutton - On Android:
Settings --> Brave Shields & privacy --> Content filtering --> UPDATEbutton in the top-right
